EXHIBITION STANDS
Standard stand
Standard Stand is a stand with the package that differs according to the size of space you have ordered. Standard package of the stand equipment includes carpeting, wall panels, sockets, spot lamps, carpeting and the company name on the fascia board. You may see stand packages and pictures in Addendum G2.
he stand walls are made from plastic laminated panels, light-weight alluminum trusses and shoulders. Each wall panel has the height of 250 cm (including top and bottom trusses), the width is 100 cm. The face dimensions a a panel is 97,2×235,4 cm.
Colour of carpet is grey.The colour of the wall panels is white. It is possible to change the colour of carpet and the colour of wall panels by means of the self-adhesive film Oracal No. 641 for extra payment.
ATTENTION! The stand package is entire and impartible. We do not replace equipment and furniture that enter in the stand package by other items and do not pay back for equipment and furniture that you do not need.
"The move of equipment and furniture from your stand and its usage at other stands is forbidden.
In order to give the stand structure more stability it may include additional fixing elements not shown in the stand layout. For their temporary removal (for example, for the purpose of installation of large-size exhibits) Exhibitor must get the permission of the Exhibition Management Office and ensure all necessary safety measures.
ATTENTION! You may order additional equipment and furniture only if you ordered standard stand from the Organizer.
ATTENTION! If you need additional equipment and furniture you may order it using the Forms B7-B10 for extra payment till the moment when you sign your stand plan that Organizer submits for your approval.
After the Exhibition is over Exhibitor must return all elements of the stand and additional equipment clean from of adhesive tape and in undamaged condition. In case of any damage caused to the stand and to additional equipment Exhibitor must pay their triple cost.
You may get keys for the doors of cabinets and show-cases ans the locks at the Exhibition Management Office agaist 200 rubles deposit.In case of key lost the deposit is not given back.

Please use the Form B6 to draw your stand scheme. The scheme should include location of:
• Spot lamps
• Sockets
• Sockets
• Mini-office (starting from 12 sq.m. stand)
• Open sides in accordance with your stand location on the hall plan.
• All furniture included in the Standard stand package
• Fascia board lettering; On the base of your Form B6 the Organizer draws the scheme of your stand and sends for your approval. If you approuve the stand you must sign and stamp it and send back to the Organizer. We will execute your stand construction strictly according to this scheme. If necessary from the technical point of view some additional elements can be added.
Inserting any changes to this scheme during the mounting will be done for extra-payment only.
It is not allowed
- to make Oracal lining of the wall panels on your own;.
- to drill holes,
- to fasten the advertising materials with pins, use overlaying films
- fix stands elements to steel structures and wall panels of the Exhibition halls with the use of hardware and adhesive tape,
- fix stands elements with stapler;

Order of additional equipment on-site
The orders for equipment, furniturfe and services placed during the mounting will be accepted only if equipment, furniture is available and only after fulfilling the prepayed orders.
The orders will be accepted only after the 100 % payment of all the already issued invoices.
Any orders on-site must be paid in cash at the Accounting office. All orders made after May 17, 2019 and during the mounting are subjected to 100% surcharge.

Exclusive stand
Exclusive stand is a stand built by using other materials (wood, flakeboard, fiberboard, etc.), two-storeyed stand or stand made by implementing individual designer concepts, which require the fabrication of exhibition structures of non-standard type and size.
Size of your stand .
The size of your stand with all its elements should not exceed the dimensions of rented exhibition space. The height of your stand structures must be maximum 2,5 m for one-story stand. Deviation from the foregoing parameters with no written approival from the Organizer is prohibited. It is forbidden to build walls looking into the passages. In exemptional cases to build such walls you must get a written approval from the Organizer and decorate a wall with banners, graphical designs etc.
