Step 1: Fill in the online form
Step 2: Organizer will contact with you, send you the booth application form and latest floor plan with available space marked.
Step3: Review the FLOOR PLAN and select your preferred booth locations from the available ones.
Step 4: Confirm the space with Organizer.
Step5: Stamp the application form and email it Organizer. The application form is effective after confirmed by the by Organizer.
Step 6: Organizer will issue the invoice to you after confirm the contract. Remit at least 50% of the total space cost as DEPOSIT to the Organizer as invoice required. The booth shall not be reserved without receipt of relevant costs.
